Please note that the first store closes on November 19. This will allow members to receive their kits before the holidays. That being said, we are pleased to offer a 30% DISCOUNT ON ALL KITS PURCHASED BY 11/29!! There will be a second store window opening on November 19 and will close on November 29. All kits ordered by 11/29 will be eligible for the 30% discount, which is already reflected in the pricing on the team store.

The 2024 Pactimo Clothing Store is open!

The team store is now open and is set to close on November 19th. If you would like to receive your kits by the holidays, it is important to order within this window.

All sales are final once they are placed. Our team Account Manager (Alison Sisson) has the ability to go in and adjust SIZES while the team store is OPEN, but she cannot adjust QUANTITIES. If team members decide they want additional items, they must submit a second order. She is also available to help with any sizing questions.

IMPORTANT: Pactimo has upgraded our sizing on all 2023 upper garments for a more generous feel on the larger sizes. The sizes affected are Men's Size XL-XXXL and Women's Size L-XXXL. It is important to check the new size charts for your size.

Please urge them to use these tools! “I’m usually a large in cycling gear” or “I wear an XL tee shirt” is not useful in determining your size with Pactimo as other vendors and clothing manufacturers tend to size larger than we do.

The team store will close at Midnight on November 19th. Once the store is closed, no additional orders can be accepted. At that point all orders will go into Production and the 4 week delivery time frame begins. Items purchased within the team store are not put into production until the entire store closes, not calculated 4 weeks according to the order date.

Our store has individual shipping. Please verify your shipping address. All shipments are delivered via Fed Ex, and cannot go to a PO Box and may require a signature at time of delivery

Enter your Pactimo Login and personal password, if you already have a personal account or click "register as a Pactimo user" to create an account

Check the Weekly Update for ongoing order information. When you first enter the Pactimo store, you'll see the close date of the current store as well as the expected delivery date. If you miss a deadline, a new order usually starts up within a few days.

Remember to Double Check your order!

Please be sure of the items and sizing in your order. Pactimo and SDBC are NOT responsible if you order the wrong size or the wrong items. Use the Pactimo Custom Clothing sizing chart to check clothing sizes.
