Do you shop at Amazon.com? If so, it's easy for you to
help SDBC receive donations from Amazon to SDBC. Just use the "Amazon Smile” charitable process in your account. Amazon Smile funnels a small
percentage of their eligible purchase revenue to SDBC if you activate Amazon Smile in your account and choose “San Diego Bicycle Club” as
the beneficiary nonprofit. Instead of logging in through
"amazon.com" you log-in through “smile.amazon.com.” Very
easy to use. It is EXACTLY the same shopping experience. Nothing changes except SDBC receives contributions from Amazon. | |

We have recently updated methods by which we confirm each member has signed the club waiver. When you log into your SDBC account through the website, you may see a check box with the text " I have read and agree to the SDBC Waiver and Release of Liability" in red. Please read the waiver by clicking on the text, then check the box to confirm, and finally click on the Save and Continue button at the bottom of the page. You will not be able to make changes to your information without accepting the waiver. You will only have to complete this once and we then have a record for each member.
Thanks for your help, and feel free to contact me directly with any questions at membership@sdbc.org. See you on the roads!

SDBC 2022 Toy Ride |
| Saturday,
December 11th
Contests at 8:30 ~ Rollout at 8:45
| |
IT’S BACK! Tell your buddies, call a friend, post it on your social media page - just get the word out!
Join San Diego Bicycle Club for the 34th annual "Light Up A Life Holiday Toy Ride" on Saturday, Dec. 14th, to benefit the Salvation Army. The ~40-mile round trip ride starts at 8:30 am at UC Cyclery located at La Jolla Village Square. (UC Cyclery will be closed. Restrooms are at Ralph’s) Regular group rides are cancelled for this Saturday.
Riders are asked to bring an unwrapped toy to carry to the Salvation Army Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center, located at University Ave. and 69th Street. Led by Santa Claus, the ride is holiday pace (slow), and everyone is welcome. The Salvation Army is collecting toys for children of all ages–toys for older children are especially appreciated–as well as canned or boxed nonperishable food.

Decorate your bike in the holiday spirit. Prizes will be awarded before the ride begins to the best-decorated adult rider, junior rider, and tandem riders.
Every year the Salvation Army invites hundreds of San Diego families to select from the toys collected at the holiday distribution center.
