New Name for Our 2019 Racing Teams
We’re changing the name of our race teams. Previously the teams raced under the name, “SDBC/Emerald Textiles p/b UC Cyclery” (p/b means “presented by”).
Spinergy is our new Title Sponsor, which means our 2019 racing teams need a new name. And it’s..."SDBC Powered by Spinergy p/b UC Cyclery”. “Powered by Spinergy" was the big favorite at the recent Club Night, and is the preferred wording by Spinergy. The new name has the approval of USAC, and the unanimous endorsement of the Club’s Executive Committee. The USAC website has been updated.
This is the name all USAC licensed racers should be using on their 2019 licenses and on race registrations.

| Annual SDBC Banquet of Champions |

Canopy Redesign
for 2019 |
We are redesigning our canopy covers to include the name and logo of our new Title Sponsor – Spinergy. ALL canopies used by our Club must be updated. No exceptions. Canopies that do NOT get upgraded cannot be used at SDBC races & events.
If you have canopies, please return them to our president, Mike McLaughlin, by this Sunday, January 6th.
Bring the entire canopy (frame + cover):

2019 SDBC Kit Design
The 2019 SDBC Kit was unveiled to SDBC members recently during club night at UCC. The Pactimo store is now open. Click the images for larger views.

My Input: This bike was a confidence builder as I worked up to A rides. The power transfer is fantastic, and the way it slips through the air is very noticeable. It's in fantastic shape, probably 1300-1500 miles on it and I challenge you to come find a flaw on this baby.
